The possibilities are endless. During this webinar we will walk you through the APAP|NYC 2012 experience. Please join us to get your questions answered and to find out the most effective ways to manage your conference time.

Watch a replay of this webinar.

There has never been a more important time to join your colleagues, to network, exchange ideas, and share solutions to the challenges we face collectively and globally. APAP|NYC is the place to make new connections with the artists, creative thinkers, and practitioners who are shaping the future of the performing arts globally and the chance to see and be part of an amazing array of world-class festival and showcase performances.

In order to encourage more of our international colleagues to attend APAP|NYC 2012, APAP created a special registration/membership type for those organizations/companies that are based outside of the United States. The International Associate membership enables professionals from non-U.S. based organizations to attend APAP|NYC 2012 and have access to the member only area of APAP’s online resources for a temporary period (six months from date of registration). This is a great way to learn about APAP and find out more about the U.S. arts market.

The per person cost of this registration type is $1,120.

To purchase an International Associate registration, please send an email with a Subject of “APAP International Associate” to support@artspresenters.org and include the following information:

  • your name
  • your organization name
  • full mailing address including city, region, country, and postal code
  • phone number
  • email address
  • website address

Upon receipt of your email, an APAP staff member will provide you with all the necessary registration instructions.

Important Notes:

If your organization is planning to purchase a booth in the EXPO hall or plans to showcase, you are ineligible for this membership type and must purchase a full APAP membership and regular APAP|NYC registration.

Beginning with APAP|NYC 2013, only individuals who have NEVER purchased an International Associate membership will be eligible for this registration type. All others will be asked to join as full APAP members.
