When you stay outside of our official conference hotels, costs for the conference go up significantly!

Again the Hilton New York has partnered with APAP to provide the same great rates for room nights reserved be January 2-13, 2012. This rate does not require full pre-payment and may be amended or canceled. If you wish to cancel, please do so 30 days prior to day of arrival to avoid cancellation penalty (loss of one room night). A $30 charge is added for each additional guest per room. All room nights come with complimentary high speed in-room internet, a $16/day value, and include a $3 rebate for APAP’s Classical Connections Endowment and the Young Performers Career Advancement Program.
